After you place your order, our client services manager will contact you via email to confirm that we received your information.

If we are verifying your benefits, you will receive a PDF via email fully outlining your benefits. Feel free to discuss this document with us if there is anything you don't understand. If you choose to contract with us, there will be some documents for you to sign and get back to us so we can legally work on your behalf.

If we are creating your superbill, you can expect that to arrive via email about eight weeks after your birth.

If we are submitting your well-woman/GYN claim for you, please allow two weeks to receive confirmation that your claim has gone out.
